At the meeting, Tianjin University and Henan Ruifeng Diamond Products Co., Ltd. signed an agreement on the first research and development project of the Tianjin University-Henan Ruifeng Precision Superhard Diamond Abrasives Joint R&D Center-the R&D and design of precision electroplated diamond tools; Henan Mechanical Engineering Society and Tianzhu Technology Co., Ltd. signed an agreement on the construction of a collaborative innovation platform for diamonds and products. This signing will give full play to the resource advantages of universities and societies, deepen industry-university-research cooperation in superhard materials, and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. 

At the same time, the meeting announced and held the establishment of the Diamond and Products Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, the "Science and Technology Central Plains" superhard material innovation consortium, and the unveiling ceremony of Tianjin University-Henan Ruifeng Superhard Diamond Abrasives Precision Joint Research and Development Center.

The meeting invited Academician Wang Xujin, Dean of the Institute of Microelectronics, Shenzhen University, to give a keynote report on "Development Opportunities for the Semiconductor Industry and Application of Superhard Material Tools" . The typical process flow of chip manufacturing and the application of superhard tools in semiconductor manufacturing are introduced in detail.

Guo Dongming, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, gave a keynote report on "Processing of Diamond Functional Products and Application of Diamond Tools". Academician Guo Dongming first introduced the properties and preparation of diamond, and then focused on the application and processing requirements of diamond functional products, and the processing of diamond functional products Technology and existing problems, development and application of processing technology for diamond functional products, and application of diamond tools in the processing of ferrous metals, alloy components, and hard and brittle material components.

Professor Shan Chongxin, vice president of Zhengzhou University , made a keynote report on "Research on Diamond Optoelectronic Materials and Devices". Professor Kang Renke from Dalian University of Technology gave a keynote report on "Application of Diamond Tools and Ultra-precision Processing Technology in Semiconductor Manufacturing" . Processing technology and equipment are the fundamental guarantee for the realization of high-performance semiconductor device manufacturing, but core processes, key technologies and advanced equipment are still monopolized by foreign countries and need to be resolved urgently. Finally, it is proposed that the research and development and application of diamond tools have a long way to go, and superhard material enterprises must conduct independent research and development.

The meeting also invited researcher Zhang Wenwu from the Ningbo Institute of Materials, Chinese Academy of Sciences to give a report on "Laser Precision Machining Technology for Hard and Brittle Materials".

Professor Zhang Shuda from Tianjin Qianyu Superhard Materials Co., Ltd. made a report on "Research and Application of Nano-Diamonds in the Field of Lubricating and Anti-wear Functions".

Li Zhiyao from Zhengzhou Diamond Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. made a report on "Application Cases of High-end Precision Tools".

Dr. Xie Bowei from the Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences made a report on "Key Technology Research on the Application of Diamond in the Field of High-frequency Acoustic Filters".

Professor Wang Yanfeng from Xi'an Jiaotong University made a report on "Research Progress in Diamond Semiconductor Materials".

Professor Zhu Jiaqi from Harbin Institute of Technology made a report on "Design and Control of Thermal Conductivity of Diamond and Its Composite Materials".
